Her family said “It is fantastic news, we are all very happy”. The whole town is buzzing with the news of the lucky pensioners National Lottery win, Mrs Pugh is a very popular figure in her town and is a member of the local walking club and often helps out at Millom’s Age Concern where she regularly takes part in charity events. Mrs Pugh’s lucky numbers were 3, 6, 11, 17, 23 and 29.

This news article did get us wondering though, how would you feel if you won the UK Lotto but ended up with less then £1 million? It may sound greedy but the odds of you hitting the big one more then once are very low so when your numbers come up you would automatically think you have won millions, surely its is only human nature to be disappointed when you realise your win is only a percentage of what you expected.

Yes, the win would improve your quality of life but you would still need to manage the win carefully to ensure it lasts your life time and sets up the family for a secure future. What do you think? Why not let us know.
