Lotto jackpot soon to expire

Imagine finding a lottery ticket, matching all six numbers and then finding you are too late to claim your prize. The National Lottery sold the lottery ticket in the Borough of Dudley and despite many appeals by lottery organisers, the winner has never stepped forward to claim the prize.
