Lotto Horoscope

A women's rugby player from Swansea won a £1.6 million share of the Lotto jackpot after three different horoscopes told her that her finances were about to take a turn for the better.
Annie Owens, who is 21 years old, is a team leader on the production line of the Ethic Cuisine pre-cooked meal factory in Llansamlet. She is also a rugby enthusiast and plays for Birchgrove Ladies RFC. Now that she's a millionaire, Annie says she will be treating her team mates to a weekend away, and also buying her team a brand new strip.
Annie decided to buy her Lotto ticket, with numbers selected using the Lucky Dip feature, because she said that she felt lucky. Buying a lottery ticket was also her was of cheering herself up after a miserable day.
"Nothing had gone right for me all day and I'd had an awful day at work," Annie said, "but as I walked through the door at home I just felt lucky all of a sudden. I told my mum I was just nipping out to get a Lotto ticket - and look what happened. Mind you, I should have known - three times in the previous week or so I had read in different horoscopes that my finances were about to take a turn for the better, and they certainly have."
Annie's win was worth £1,655,605, but she hasn't yet come up with the lengthy shopping lists that other winners like to create.
"To be honest, I haven't got a clue what to spend the money on - the whole thing just hasn't sunk in yet," she said. "I'm learning to drive so I'll probably look at buying a new car, but as for the rest of the money I'll just bank it and go back to work. I love my work so I couldn't imagine giving it up."
She does have a celebration planned, however: "When this has all settled down I'm going to host a party in our rugby club for all my family and friends and we can really have a night to remember," Annie said.
