First Lotto Double Rollover of 2013

Excitement is rife this week as the Lotto jackpot is estimated at an impressive £8.4 million. This is the first Lotto double rollover jackpot for this year and is now the largest the Lotto jackpot has been since November 2012.
The Lotto results from Saturday’s draw were 9, 12, 24, 25, 26, 43 and the Bonus Ball was 3. These numbers make for interesting statistics as 24, 25 and 26 were all drawn and this particular consecutive triple has been in the Lotto results five times since 1994. The last time there was a double Lotto rollover jackpot was over six months ago on 7th November 2012. In that draw the jackpot reached £9.3 million and the two winning ticket holders split the top prize after matching all six numbers drawn.
