EuroMillions Jackpot Rolls to Superdraw

Last Updated: Monday 23rd November 2015, 16:46

There was a brand new jackpot of £12.3 million up for grabs in the first EuroMillions game of the week last night, but no player succeeded in catching all seven of the numbers that were drawn, so the top prize rolled over. Normally the rollover would boost the size of the jackpot in the next game, but the EuroMillions game this Friday will already be offering a guaranteed Superdraw jackpot worth €100 million, so that figure will remain unchanged. With Tuesday’s draw done and dusted, ticket sales for the next game have already started to soar.

The EuroMillions results on Tuesday 4 March were 03, 05, 22, 27 and 44, and the Lucky Star numbers were 01 and 06. Although there was no jackpot winner, one player did win euro millionaire status by landing a second tier prize of €1,000,384, which is quite an achievement. Eight tickets matched all five main numbers to win £29,043 each, and another 35 tickets won £3,319 each by matching four of the main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars.

Prize values were obviously smaller at the lower levels, but UK players collectively won more than £1.76 million, which isn’t at all bad when you consider there were no UK winners at the jackpot or second tier prize levels. The total number of prizes won last night was 1,834,623, and the Millionaire Raffle prize of £1 million isn’t included in that tally. The winning raffle number last night was CXW781222.

We are now just days away from the £80 million Superdraw this Friday, and anyone who wants to participate in that game is advised to buy their entries as soon as possible, as demand is likely to continue increasing exponentially as the time of the draw approaches.

Whilst you are waiting for the EuroMillions Superdraw game to arrive, you can of course take part in the midweek Lotto game this evening. The jackpot will be worth an estimated £2.2 million and the Lotto Raffle game will create 50 winners of £20,000 each, so buy your Lottery Tickets today and good luck with your numbers!
