Lotto Jackpot Won Outright

The Lotto jackpot was won outright on Saturday 11 January thanks to just one ticket being able to match all six of the main numbers that were drawn. Those numbers were 22, 23, 25, 27, 28 and 46, and the Bonus Ball number – which was irrelevant as far as the jackpot prize was concerned – was 24. The jackpot had rolled over in the previous draw last Wednesday, so the Saturday night winner can now look forward to having an extra £7,505,717.
There were 301,488 consolation prizes won in addition to the Lotto jackpot, and the biggest of those were at the second tier level, where 24 tickets won £17,985 each by matching five main numbers as well as the Bonus Ball. Another 276 tickets matched five main numbers to win £1,327 each, and more than 301,000 tickets won smaller prizes by matching four or three main numbers.
The Health Lottery game didn’t see any player match the five main numbers to win the top prize of £100,000, but there were more than 7,000 entries that won consolation prizes by matching fewer numbers. The main numbers drawn in Saturday night’s Health Lottery game were 21, 22, 39, 44 and 45, and the Bonus Ball number was 19.
In the EuroMillions game on Friday 10 January, players were hoping to win a brand new jackpot worth £12.4 million. The main numbers drawn were 01, 02, 11, 27 and 29, and the Lucky Star numbers were 01 and 10. None of the tickets that had been purchased for the game managed to win the jackpot, but ten tickets won a consolation prize of £112,865 each by matching the five main numbers and one of the Lucky Star numbers.
The third tier prize level saw 19 EuroMillions tickets win £19,801 each by matching five main numbers only, and 59 tickets matched four main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win £3,188 each. Over 2.92 million EuroMillions prizes were won in total, and a separate prize of £1 million went to the player who matched the number JSJ205174 in the Millionaire Raffle game.
