The summer sun continued to shine on Lotto fans on Saturday 4th July as the jackpot was scooped for a fourth consecutive draw. After three ticket holders matched six main numbers on Wednesday, tonight there was one lucky player who landed a top prize of £5.5 million. More than 190,000 other participants also had cause to smile from ear to ear after snapping up cash rewards.
The winning numbers on the evening were 13, 14, 35, 39, 46 and 49 with Bonus Ball 3. There were no players in the Match 5 plus Bonus tier, but 155 entrants matched five main numbers to each pocket £2,233. The remaining Lotto prize winners picked up either £25 for matching three main numbers or £211 for matching four main numbers. There were also 50 ticket holders who each matched one of the winning Lotto Raffle codes to become £20,000 richer. It has been a fantastic couple of weeks for Lotto players, with three participants splitting a jackpot of £1.6 million in the last draw on Wednesday night. The top prize had also been claimed by a single ticket holder in each of the two previous draws, on Saturday 27th June and Wednesday 24th June.
There will be another opportunity for Lotto players to land a seven-figure sum in the next draw on Wednesday, when the jackpot will stand at £2.1 million. Make sure to get hold of a ticket in advance by entering online or visiting any authorised retailer.
