A single ticket holder snapped up the quadruple rollover Lotto jackpot of £13.5 million in the draw on Wednesday 27th May. The prize is the largest individual jackpot to be won since a single ticket holder pocketed £17.7 million in the draw on Wednesday 9th March 2011.
There were plenty of other big money winners on the night too, with five players banking £59,128 each for matching five main numbers and the Bonus Ball, 50 ticket holders picking up the usual Lotto raffle prize of £20,000 and one player matching the special code - JADE 2490 0037 - to boost their bank account by £1 million.
The numbers drawn were 12, 27, 28, 39, 41 and 48 with Bonus Ball 3 and other prizes won on the night ranged from £25 for matching three balls, up to £1,696 for matching five numbers. Saturday’s Lotto draw will now offer a sweet £4 million prize and is preceded by this month’s EuroMillions Mega Friday draw on Friday night, where ten UK players will receive £1 million and the chance to live the five-star life in London, courtesy of a special Millionaire Maker draw.
