Saturday rollovers seem to be becoming a habit of late, but that doesn’t mean that interest is waning, quite the opposite in fact as last night’s National Lottery draw showed. The rollover draw was estimated to have a £6.5 million jackpot but in the event it climbed to £7.2 million. Last week one winner walked away with the entire lot, but it’s shares this week as three lucky players walk away with over £2 million each.
Merlin made another appearance last night, the fifth time in a row that particular machine was chosen from the draw. Set of balls number 3 was used and they haven’t been seen since May 1st. This combination clearly proved lucky for lottery players as we’re sure the three jackpot winners would agree.
You can check the full Lotto results and winners on our lottery results page and see if you were one of the lucky winners, there are plenty of them. Each of the three jackpot winners collect £2.4 million for their good fortune and another twelve lottery players scooped £128,600 for matching five main numbers and the bonus. Over £16 million was paid out in lottery prize in last night’s draw and that’s a lot to get excited about.
The next UK Lotto draw will be held on Wednesday evening and the estimated jackpot for that draw is £2.4 million, you can buy lottery tickets for the draw now. Good luck and congratulations to all of last night’s lucky winners!
