EuroMillions Jackpot Remains Elusive

Last Updated: Monday 15th October 2012, 13:00

Players were last night hoping to match the numbers drawn in the EuroMillions results to walk away with the impressive jackpot on offer. However, this wasn’t the case as the results show that no one won the top prize therefore the EuroMillions jackpot remains elusive yet again. As it hit the jackpot cap last night the top prize cannot go any higher therefore it remains at £148 million for Friday’s draw but if no one matches the five plus two combination drawn on Friday then the jackpot will rolldown and be shared amongst players in the next winning prize tier.

The EuroMillions results from last night’s draw if you haven’t seen them already were 20, 27, 34, 46, 50 and the Lucky Stars drawn were 2 and 3. In total last night there were over 5.1 million ticket holders that won a prize. Seven of these matched five numbers and one Lucky Star to win the second tier prize that last night was worth £1.7 million.

Out of all the numbers drawn in the results last night the highest number which was 50 made it into the results and this is actually the most often drawn number in the EuroMillions and last night it made its 71st appearance.

As the EuroMillions jackpot wasn’t won last night excitement is definitely building for Friday’s draw - so if you like the sound of winning £148 million then make sure you have your tickets ready as you never know, luck could be on your side!
