Five Share the UK Lotto

Last Updated: Wednesday 12th September 2018, 11:40

It’s quite possible that the massive Euromillions rollover jackpot kept players away from the UK Lotto draw last night and that might explain why the £4.6 million estimated jackpot only reached £3.9 million. Players however did seem to have a lotto luck as five players matched all the winning numbers. That means there were no millionaires created in last night’s UK Lotto draw with each player winning £791,583 each.

If you haven’t yet checked your lottery tickets then you can check the winning numbers through our lottery results page, you could easily have been one of those five lucky players, although winning a lottery jackpot of under £1 million could take the edge off things a little.

There was over £14 million worth of prizes given away in the draw when you add the jackpot winners to the smaller division winners. Matching five and the bonus ball in last night’s draw would have netted you £71,636 secured by fifteen lottery players. Another 852 lottery players matched five of the main balls without the bonus and each of those players will receive £893.

The next UK Lotto draw will be held on Wednesday evening and the estimated jackpot for that draw is £2.4 million, you can buy lotto tickets online for that draw right now.

The UK Lotto may not have created any millionaires this weekend but there is a millionaire out there who is about to lose their chance at claiming their £3.6 million jackpot. The jackpot is about to expire tomorrow from the ticket sold for the 23rd September draw. If you bought a lotto ticket in the Inverness area of Scotland then you only have until 5pm tomorrow to claim your £3.6 million lottery prize.
