Lotto Jackpot Estimated at £5.8 Million

Last Updated: Monday 15th October 2012, 13:00

As there were no jackpot winners in the mid-week Lotto draw this week the top prize rolled over for the first time in ten draws, therefore excitement is growing amongst players as this is now the highest the Lotto jackpot has been for over a month. The Lotto jackpot is estimated at £5.8 million and after the recent winning streak in this lottery it will be interesting to see if Saturday’s draw proves lucky for any ticket holders to win the jackpot or if the top prize in this lottery will rollover again.

The last time the Lotto jackpot surpassed the £5 million mark was over a month ago when after two consecutive rollovers the top prize reached just over £9.6 million. In this draw which took place on the 18th July one ticket matched the six numbers drawn to scoop the top prize and indeed started off the Lotto winning streak that went on for ten draws and came to an end on Wednesday.

Whether another winning streak will develop in the Lotto remains to be seen, however for players who are yet to purchase their Lotto tickets for tomorrows draw it is interesting to see that the most often drawn numbers in the Lotto results are 38, 44, 23, 40, 25 and 43.

It will be interesting to see if any of these numbers make an appearance in tomorrow’s Lotto results, however if you fancy winning this rollover jackpot then make sure you have your tickets ready because you never know luck could just be on your side.
