Mixed luck for UK Lottery players

Last Updated: Thursday 22nd November 2018, 14:47

As usual we’re at the end of an exciting weekend, with millions up for grabs in both the Euromillions Lottery and UK Lotto last night. While the Euromillions Lottery may not have thrown up any winners, creating a £38 million rollover for next weekend, the UK Lotto had one single winner, walking away with £3.9 million. If you haven’t checked your lottery tickets yet then take a look at our lottery results to see who the big winners of the weekend are!

On Friday evening, there wasn’t much luck in the UK, not only did the Euromillions jackpot roll over, but only two UK players matched five and one lucky star too, each collecting just short of £100,000. One UK player also won the Millionaire Raffle, the £1 million being the biggest prize of Friday evening. The rollover does mean that this Friday UK lottery players have a lot to look forward to, with a massive £38 million Euromillions jackpot.

Then in the UK Lotto last night, players fared a little better with a total of £14 million given away in lottery prizes. In addition to the £3.9 million jackpot winner, another ten players matched five and the bonus to collect over £120,000.

These two results mean as we look ahead into the coming week, there’s a £2.4 million jackpot up for grabs on Wednesday’s Lotto, but it’s Friday’s Euromillions everyone’s looking forward to. With £38 million up for grabs in next Friday’s Euromillions Lottery, you won’t want to forget your lottery tickets!
