Next EuroMillions Superdraw Date Confirmed

Last Updated: Tuesday 5th May 2026, 11:15

The date for the next EuroMillions Superdraw has been confirmed. Only a few of these special lottery events are scheduled each year, so you won't want to miss it! Read on to find out what a Superdraw entails and how to get involved.

What is a EuroMillions Superdraw?

EuroMillions Superdraws are special events in the EuroMillions calendar where the game's jackpot is boosted to €130 million, regardless of the jackpot value for the previous draw. In the currency of other participating countries, that's about £110 million, or CHF 120 million. EuroMillions member countries often add their own special twists to the draw too: for example, the UK's National Lottery usually increases the number of winning Millionaire Maker raffle codes from 1 to 10 for Superdraws.

Aside from the increased jackpot value, EuroMillions Superdraws work exactly as any other EuroMillions draw – all other factors such as ticket cost and the odds of winning stay the same. If nobody wins the jackpot on the night of the Superdraw, it will continue to rise like normal until it is either won, or until it hits the €250 million jackpot cap.

The Date for the Next Superdraw

The date pencilled in for the next EuroMillions Superdraw is Friday 5th of June. If, on this date, the jackpot is already above the target value of €130 million, the Superdraw will be rescheduled – this has been known to happen on rare occasions.

Big Superdraw Wins

There have been some impressive, even record-breaking wins off the back of EuroMillions Superdraws in the past. For example, the first time the EuroMillions €250 million jackpot cap was reached was in 2025, the result of a Superdraw that just kept rolling up. The anonymous winning ticket was sold in Austria.

The last Superdraw was held on the 20th of February – it wasn't won on the night either, eventually resulting in a sole UK ticket landing the country's third biggest lottery prize ever: £181 million.

How to Take Part

Playing EuroMillions is simple, as it follows a traditional lottery draw game format. Select five main numbers from 1 to 50 and two Lucky Star numbers from 1 to 12. Match all seven of the numbers to win the jackpot, or pick up some lesser prizes if you manage to match some but not all.

Visit your nearest lottery retailer or open your lottery app to get some tickets for the draw. If you're not in a EuroMillions member country, you might still be able to participate online using a lottery vendor. Check out our Tickets Page and if the game shows up there, chances are you're eligible to get involved!
