Two Lotto Tickets Scoop Saturday's Rollover Jackpot

Last Updated: Thursday 5th December 2013, 13:19

Saturday’s Lotto draw attracted attention from players as there was a rollover jackpot on offer to win so players were all crossing their fingers and hoping that they would match the six numbers drawn. This worked for two players as the results from this draw show that two Lotto tickets both matched the numbers drawn to both scoop Saturday’s rollover jackpot that was worth just over £6.1 million. However, these weren’t the only winners on Saturday night as over half a million players walked away with a prize – were you one of them?

The Lotto results from Saturday’s draw are 12, 19, 25, 36, 44, 46 and the Bonus Ball was 18. The jackpot winners split the top prize which meant they each took home just over £3 million. To add to those winners ten players matched five numbers along with the Bonus Ball to each win £125,615 and then just over 492,000 players matched three numbers to each win £10. In total on Saturday night there was over £14.8 million won by Lotto players who matched three numbers or more. To view a full prize breakdown of Saturday's Lotto draw please click here.

This Lotto jackpot win was the second top prize win for March 2013 and the machine in use was Arthur. This particular machine has been used one this month however the last time it was used and the jackpot was won was almost a month ago in the middle of February when a ticket holder scooped a £2 million Lotto jackpot.

Whether Wednesday’s Lotto draw proves lucky for any players remains to be seen however if you fancy winning a life-changing jackpot this week (Lotto mid-week draw estimated at £2 million), then make sure you have your tickets ready – it could be you winning the Lotto jackpot!
