UK Lotto Jackpot Estimated at £4.1 Million

Last Updated: Tuesday 21st February 2012, 12:52

Tomorrow night the second draw of the week will take place for the UK Lotto, and many players will be hoping to match all six numbers drawn to become top prize winners. The UK Lotto jackpot available to win in tomorrow night’s draw has gone back to basics and is estimated at £4.1 million. This comes after one ticket holder in Wednesday night’s draw scooped the top prize which came out at just over £2.2 million.

Players can sometimes find it hard to select numbers to play the UK Lotto with, therefore it can be useful to look at the UK Lotto statistics to see which numbers get drawn more than others. Some of the more popular numbers in this lottery game are 38, 44, 43 and 11. However, opposite to that the numbers which aren’t selected very often include 20, 41, 13 and 21.

It appears as though a winning streak may have developed in the UK Lotto because in the past two draws there have both times been jackpot winners. In addition to there being a jackpot winner in Wednesday night’s draw, the draw machine Lancelot was used and this particular machine seems to be lucky at the moment. Since the 5th November 2011 it has been used six times and on every draw where Lancelot was the machine there were jackpot winners.

Whether Lancelot will be used in tomorrow night's draw remains to be seen, however it will be interesting to see if this draw machine will be used for the second time this week, and whether any ticket holders for this game will match the UK Lotto results to become the third top prize winners of January 2012.
