UK Player Claims £111M EuroMillions Jackpot on Winning Weekend

The UK player who won £111.7 million in Friday night’s EuroMillions Superdraw has wasted little time in claiming their money.
The lucky ticket holder matched the numbers 11, 12, 15, 38 and 49, plus Lucky Stars 10 and 12. It put them 14th on the list of the UK’s biggest winners, and marked the 21st time that a nine-figure jackpot (£100 million or more) has been won in the country.
As with all National Lottery prizes, the winner had 180 days from the draw date to come forward, and they have already contacted National Lottery officials to start the claims process.
A thorough validation process will be carried out before the winner gets paid, but the winner can start to look forward to a future of almost limitless financial possibilities.

The UK has now had four jackpot winners in 2026. The one that secured £181 million in March became the country’s third-largest winner of all time, while there were also two payouts worth £41 million in a remarkable draw in April when a £125 million jackpot was split three ways (the third winning ticket was purchased in France).
The biggest UK win in history remains the £195.7 million jackpot that went to an anonymous player back in July 2022.

A day after the EuroMillions jackpot was won, there was more cause for celebration when someone landed the Lotto jackpot. The top prize was worth £5.84 million and the winner matched all six main numbers in Round 1.
