Yet another Lotto rollover

Last Updated: Friday 1st October 2010, 23:01

The midweek lottery excitement was over and without the sight of a single millionaire. No lottery players matched all six winning numbers in last night’s National Lottery draw and that makes Saturday’s jackpot an estimated £7 million! You can check last night’s lottery numbers on our lottery results page to see if you were one of the lower-tier winners and then look forward to the weekend when we have double the rollover fun.

Last night’s UK Lotto draw went off without a hitch, it was draw number 1517, using the lottery machine Lancelot and set of balls number eight. Almost £5 million was paid out in winnings, even though the lottery jackpot wasn’t won.

Four players walked away with almost a quarter of a million for matching five numbers and the bonus ball and there were over 200,000 smaller winners, however the jackpot rolled over and that means we have two lottery rollovers to look forward to this weekend.

Tomorrow it’s the Euromillions Lottery rollover and that one is worth a massive £23 million after no players matched all the winning numbers last week and then on Saturday evening it’s the £7 million UK Lotto rollover.

That means there is an estimated £30 million up for grabs this weekend to UK lottery players so make sure you buy your lottery tickets as this is one weekend of bumper jackpots you won’t want to miss out on.

Good luck to all those lottery players buying lottery tickets this weekend!
