Double Lotto Rollover this Wednesday

Last Updated: Wednesday 5th January 2011, 11:09

Isn’t it funny how it happens? For weeks the lottery has low jackpots, often shared many ways and then the luck will change and we’ll see a run of lottery rollovers. Well it seems we’re in a rollover trend right now with yet another double lotto rollover this Wednesday offering an estimated £10.4 million jackpot. No one matched all six numbers in last night’s Lotto draw, creating this second double rollover in as many weeks, despite high ticket sales for last night’s draw.

Last night’s rollover jackpot reached a giddy £7.5 million yet despite high ticket sales, and a higher than expected jackpot, no one matched all six winning numbers. Lottery machine Lancelot was used for the draw, and has been used on the last five draws and set of balls number 5 was chosen, last seen on 13th October when it created another rollover draw.

The double rollover means Wednesday’s lottery jackpot is an estimated £10.4 million and may get even higher if there is a rush on lottery ticket sales, which is quite possible. Both the Euromillions and UK Lotto now have massive rollover jackpots up for grabs, giving plenty of reason for lottery fever to sweep the country.

You can check the full lottery results from last night’s draw on our dedicated results page but don’t forget to buy your lottery tickets for Wednesday, with over £10 million up for grabs, this is one lottery jackpot you won’t want to miss out on the chance of winning!
