No winners for National Lottery

Last Updated: Tuesday 11th September 2018, 13:58

It’s Thursday and that means the National Lottery results for Wednesday night are in and ready to be checked. A quick scan of the lottery results tells us there were no winners in last night’s National Lottery and that means we have an estimated £7 million rollover for Saturday evening. There were lots of smaller winners and you can check the results and amounts on our lottery results page. Here’s all the news from last night’s draw.

Lancelot was the lottery machine used for last night’s lottery draw and set of balls number 5 was used, the same set used for the last lottery rollover on Saturday June 5th. The draw went off without a hitch but the jackpot wasn’t won, although there were lots of smaller winners in the draw.

Ten players were almost winners when they matched five main balls and the bonus ball, each of those winners scoops £83,061 and a massive 206 players matched just five main balls to scoop £2,520. In total there were over £5 million of prizes given away and that’s not including the £2,699,515 jackpot that rolls over to Saturday night.

You can buy lottery tickets online right now for Saturday night’s UK Lotto, £7 million rollover but before then it’s the Euromillions Lottery draw tomorrow evening. After a UK ticketholder scooped the jackpot last week, tomorrow’s draw is worth an estimated £12 million. Don’t forget this one in your rush to buy lottery tickets for Saturday’s rollover, especially as you get an extra chance in the Millionaire Raffle!
