Spoiled for choice with lottery rollovers

Last Updated: Thursday 17th June 2010, 16:56

UK Lottery players are spoiled for choice this week with lottery rollovers from both the UK Lotto and Euromillions. Tonight it’s a UK Lotto double rollover and today is your last chance to buy tickets for the £11 million draw then on Friday it’s the turn of the Euromillions Lottery with an estimated £86 million jackpot. Will we see some big UK millionaires this week? It’s all in the numbers of course and how they fall.

Wednesday’s UK Lotto rollover produced no jackpot winners, creating tonight’s double rollover with an estimated £11 million jackpot. If tonight’s lotto draw rolls over then who knows how high that triple rollover will be at the weekend. If it rolls again then we will see the sixth ever triple rollover and as you lottery fans know, it will then have to be won. According to lottery rules, if a triple rollover does not create a jackpot winner then the jackpot rolls down to lower divisions. Let’s get tonight’s double rollover draw over with first though and hope that at least one UK Lottery player gets lucky.

Then of course it’s just a couple of days until the big Euromillions Lottery multiple rollover, this draw is played across nine European countries and is an estimated £86 million for Friday night’s draw. If won by a single UK Lottery player it will create a new record, far outstripping the £56 million rollover won a few weeks ago.

It means that UK Lottery players really are spoiled for choice this week and if you haven’t yet bought lottery tickets for the draws then now is the time to do so!
