Free Lottery

The Free Lottery gives you a way to win up to £10,000 without having to spend a thing. There are two different games - a daily draw and a weekly draw - and it is very simple to take part. Learn more about this free online lottery and how to play.

How to Play

If you’re 18 or older, you can play on the Free Lottery website by following the steps below:

  • Pick six numbers from 1 to 75
  • Register an account - enter your name and email address
  • Select the verification link in the email you receive
  • Complete your registration by updating the personal details on your account
  • Wait for the draw and then log in to your account to see if you have won

Daily Draws and Weekly Draws

Daily draws are held seven days a week at 7.30pm. You need to enter your numbers before the cut-off time of 5.30pm, otherwise you won’t be able to take part until the next day’s daw. If the six winning numbers are the same as the numbers you selected, you win the £500 prize.

Weekly draws take place every Monday at 2.00pm and offer a jackpot of £10,000 if you can match all six winning numbers. You will get the chance to enter the next weekly draw as soon as you sign up. After that, you must play in at least three Daily Draws in a calendar week to be eligible for the next Weekly Draw. You must enter your numbers for a Weekly Draw by 12.00pm (noon) that day.

Free Lottery prizes do not roll over if there are no winners. The prize is shared if multiple players match all the winning numbers.

Claiming Free Lottery Prizes

If you win a prize, you need to contact the Free Lottery within two days to start the claims process. You can log in to your account or check the results page straight after every draw to see if you are a winner.

Once your win has been verified, your prize will be paid by cheque and delivered by registered post to the name and address listed on your Free Lottery account.

Free Lottery FAQ

For more information about the Free Lottery, look through the answers to these frequently asked questions.

I've entered three Daily Draws - why can’t I play in the Weekly Draw?

To qualify for a Weekly Draw, you need to have entered three Daily Draws in the week leading up to that draw. This period of time starts at 3.00pm on a Monday and runs until 12:00pm (noon) the following Monday. Remember that you need to get your Daily Draw entries in by 5.30pm each day, and then enter the Weekly Draw before the 12:00pm (noon) deadline on Monday.

Can I submit as many entries as I want?

You can only submit one entry per Daily Draw and one per Weekly Draw. This way every single player has exactly the same chance of winning.

Can prizes be paid into my bank account?

Prizes are paid by cheque only and not by bank transfer. This is why you must submit your postal address when you sign up. When you win, you will need to contact the Free Lottery team within two days to start the claims process, and they will guide you through what happens next.

Do I win anything for matching less than six numbers?

You need to match all six numbers to win a Free Lottery prize. There are no prizes for matching five or fewer numbers.

How are prizes paid if it is free to enter?

The Free Lottery has insurance policies in place to ensure that all prizes are guaranteed to be paid in full.

I haven’t received my verification link – can I still play?

Your account needs to be fully verified for your registration to be complete, otherwise you will not be able to play. If you can’t see the verification link in your inbox, check your junk/spam mail. If you still need assistance, contact the Free Lottery support staff.
