A National Lottery jackpot winner has just a little over two weeks left to claim a lottery jackpot from March 2010. The lottery ticket shared the jackpot on the 27th March UK Lotto draw but the ticketholder never came forward to claim the prize. Now time is running out for the ticketholder to come forward for the unclaimed lottery prize and it’s worth over £1.5 million, a life-changing amount of money.
This is one of several appeals that have gone out for the unclaimed lottery ticket, including more than one on our lottery news pages over the past few months. While unclaimed lottery prizes are common, players not claiming lottery jackpots is much less common so understandably the National Lottery are keen to find this lottery winner.
The lottery ticket in question was sold in the Borough of South Tyneside. Do you live in this area or possibly travel through for business? If so, did you buy a lottery ticket for the 27th March National Lottery draw? You may be in line for a life-changing lottery prize.
If this lottery winner fails to come forward by 23rd September then the whole jackpot and any interest it has accrued in the last 180 days will all be added to the fund for good causes. Of course that would be terrible so if you buy lottery tickets in the Borough of South Tyneside the it’s time to hunt out all of your old lottery tickets, one of them may be worth £1,524,177!
