New Play Stations for Lotto

Last Updated: Thursday 22nd January 2015, 09:24

A firm has won a contract to create new play stations for lotto kiosks giving them a whole new look and image and improving branding and access to National Lottery games. The new look lottery play stations are to be produced by a company called Checkland Kindleysides who came up with the best design for the new-look in-store play stations that are set up to improve access to lottery games and improve the companies branding.

The colour blue we associate with the National Lottery brand will be staying, as will the crossed fingers logo but the design of the play station itself is so be overhauled to a more modern futuristic play station incorporating the different lottery draws, making it easier to buy lottery tickets and better portraying the lottery ideal.

Based around the idea of the dream of winning the lottery, the new play stations are to made up of dreamlike bubbles creating a structure on different levels which in practical terms incorporate all the different draws and lottery games available from the main lotto draw to Thunderball and Daily Picks.

The new play stations are not going to be any bigger than before, taking up the same amount of floor space, they will however be taller and now have a 360 degree visibility design allowing better branding for National Lottery games and better access to the different lottery draws.

Overall the changes shouldn’t affect lottery players and whether you are buying a lucky dip or the same numbers every week, whether you’re playing the main draw or one of the smaller lottery games on offer if anything you should now find the process easier than ever.

Look out for the new look play stations at your local shop soon.
