Euro Lottery and Lotto roll

Last Updated: Monday 30th July 2018, 12:41

While you’re relaxing with your Sunday papers, don’t forget what an exciting weekend it’s been of lottery news. Both the Euro Lottery and Lotto roll this weekend, yet again as it seems that rollovers are the order of the day for 2011. Friday’s Euromillions jackpot rolled to £90 million, as reported yesterday but now the UK Lotto draw has rolled too and is estimated to be worth £7.3 million for Wednesday’s draw.

In all, over £10 million was paid out in last night’s Lotto draw, although none of it on the jackpot, which will roll over to Wednesday. But there were plenty of smaller prizes so do check your lottery numbers against the lottery results now.

Arthur was chosen as the lottery machine used for last night’s draw, it’s actually been used for the last three draws, two of which have rolled. That combined with set of balls number 8, proved a not-so-lucky combination for lottery players, as no one scooped the jackpot.

On Wednesday, the estimated jackpot will be £7.3 million and that’s sure to push lottery sales up over the coming week. If you’re buying lottery tickets this week, don’t forget there are two main draws to look forward to, the UK Lotto on Wednesday worth £7.3 million, and then the Euromillions five-times rolled over draw on Friday evening!

Whatever you do, keep your lottery tickets in a safe place, or you may be added to the legions of unclaimed prize winners in the UK!
