First ever Tuesday Euromillions rolls

Last night, the first ever Tuesday Euromillions draw took place, and it was a Superdraw. However, despite high ticket sales and an £85 million jackpot, the first ever Tuesday Euromillions rolled over! No one matched all the winning numbers and the two lucky stars and so the Superdraw jackpot rolls over, creating a rollover worth an estimated £107 million for Friday evening!
The first Tuesday Euromillions draw went off without a hitch and ticket sales would suggest that the extra draw will be a popular addition. The jackpot, worth £88.2 million rolled over, but there were still lots of prizes, over £3 million in the UK alone. So if you haven’t checked the winning numbers yet then take a look at the Euromillions results now.
The biggest UK winner in the main draw matched the five main balls and one lucky star, this ticketholder will collect £94,404. Another two UK lottery players collected £51,135 each when they matched just the five main balls. In total £3.4 million was paid out to UK Euromillions players in the main draw, and another £1 million to the Millionaire Raffle number.
Interestingly, the lottery results show that none of the new lucky stars, 10, 11 or 12 made an appearance, and in last night’s draw, the new bottom tier prize for matching two main balls paid £2.60.
Friday night’s Euromillions jackpot is an estimated £107 million thanks to tonight’s rollover, so make sure you have your Euromillions Lottery tickets ready for the draw!
