Judging by last night’s UK Lotto jackpot, it seems we’re back to normal in the UK. After the unrest, Wednesday’s jackpot failed to reach estimate but last night’s UK Lotto jackpot reached £4.5 million. No one won this amount however as four UK Lotto jackpot winners share the prize, creating four brand new Lotto millionaires this weekend.
Arthur and set of balls number 8 were used in last night’s Lotto draw, both making a reappearance from Wednesday evening, and just like the big jackpot share on Wednesday, it was another night with lots of winners.
Each of the four jackpot winners from last night’s Lotto draw will collect over £1.1 million and another seven players won almost £200,000 for matching the 5+1 prize. In all the Lotto results paid out £13.1 million to almost half a million lottery players in the UK, making a lot of happy lottery players for the weekend.
In other Lotto news, a 5+1 prize will go to good causes this week if no one comes forward to claim. The lottery ticket was sold in the Mid Glamorgan area for the 19th February Lotto draw and is worth £82,573. However, if the winner doesn’t come forward to lottery offices by 5pm this Thursday, 18th February then the prize, and any interest accrued in the six months it has been unclaimed will be given to charity.
The next UK Lotto draw will be held on Wednesday evening, and the estimated jackpot for that draw will be £2.4 million.
