Just two weeks for lottery claim

Last Updated: Thursday 24th September 2020, 12:40

Unclaimed prizes are unfortunately on the increase and right now there’s just two weeks left now for an unclaimed lottery winner to claim their £109,663 prize; just one of the unclaimed prizes currently sitting in the National Lottery offices. The prize in question is a UK Lotto prize, for a lottery ticket sold back in October last year but it’s just one of many prizes currently sitting in the lottery office waiting for a winner.

This prize is the only unclaimed lottery prize that will expire this March, and to claim the winner must step forward before 5pm on March 31st or the prize, worth £109,663 will be added to the fund for good causes.

If you buy lottery tickets in the Cheshire East area, and you bought lottery tickets for the Lotto draw on 2nd October 2010 then you may want to have a search for old lottery tickets now, or you may miss out on a life-changing lottery prize. While this is the only unclaimed prize expiring this March, there are six prizes that will expire in April if the winners don’t step forward.

It really is important to keep those lottery tickets in a safe place, or alternatively, buy lottery tickets online and you won’t ever have to worry about missing a big lottery win. If you’re buying lottery tickets for Wednesday’s Lotto rollover then make sure you keep your tickets safe, or you could be kicking yourself in the future!
