Lotto Jackpot shared by three

Last Updated: Sunday 17th July 2011, 19:15

National LotteryWe love sharing at the National Lottery, so what lovely news it is to hear three lucky players shared last night’s Lotto jackpot. The Lotto jackpot came in at just over £4 million for the draw, giving each of the players £1.3 million for matching all six main winning numbers in the UK Lotto draw. It might not be a bumper jackpot, but it’s a life-changing amount of cash and there were plenty of other winners in the weekend Lotto draw too.

It’s time to check the results and find out what happened in last night’s UK Lotto draw!

Guinevere certainly isn’t shy at the moment, chosen to be the Lotto machine every draw for the last five draws. Set of balls number 4 joined Guinevere last night to give Lotto players some luck, also last seen on Wednesday evening!

Over 500,000 UK lottery players walked away with a prize in last night’s Lotto draw, ranging from a share of the jackpot, down to £10 for matching three balls. In addition to the jackpot, eight players matched five main balls and one lucky star, each collecting over £150,000 for the second prize. That’s a lot of lucky players!

So while the Euromillions Lottery jackpot may be destined to roll, at least we can rely on the UK Lotto to give us some big prize winners every single draw! The next UK Lotto draw will be held on Wednesday evening and the estimated jackpot for that draw is £2.4 million.
