Lotto Plus 5 off to fine start

Yesterday was Wednesday and that means the midweek UK Lotto draw took place. However this week it was also the half way point of the first week of Lotto Plus 5 and a quick look at the winners so far tell us that Lotto Plus 5 is off to a fine start and many winners have already been created. One winner matched all the winning numbers in last night’s Lotto draw, collecting £2.1 million, but this week there have been lottery winners every night with the Lotto Plus 5!

The first draw took place on Sunday 13th February and in that draw £417,810 was paid out to lottery winners, including one £250,000 winner! On Monday there was £135,410 given away, the biggest winner being one player who matched five and the bonus in the Lotto Plus 5 to scoop £25,000. The final draw of the first half of the week, before the midweek Lotto was on Tuesday evening and while there were no big winners in the draw, there was £112,777.50 given away on the draw.
There was no Lotto Plus 5 last night, as draws don’t take place on main Lotto draw evenings, but the Lotto gave away £7.8 million including the single jackpot winner!
