Midweek Lotto creates Triple Rollover
Last Updated: Thursday 14th April 2011, 10:01 am
Players were out in force last night, to try and guess the six winning numbers to the £10.2 million UK Lotto double rollover draw. Yet despite high ticket sales and the bumper jackpot, no one matched all the winning numbers in the draw. This means that the weekend Lotto draw has a triple rollover jackpot up for grabs, just five weeks since the last one, giving lottery players an estimated £16 million to play for on Wednesday evening.
Have you checked your winning numbers? If not then do so now, or you may miss out on a big lottery prize. Despite the rollover jackpot, almost £7 million was paid out in prize money in the draw!
Players who matched five main balls and the bonus did particularly well in the draw. With a £1 million prize pool, split between just three players who matched the second tier prize, it means a massive £358,200 each, one of the biggest prizes ever seen for the five and the bonus ball match.
So on Wednesday evening, UK Lotto players will have a staggering £16 million to play for, but before then, tomorrow evening, is the Euromillions rollover draw. Friday’s draw is worth a massive £25 million, which put with the massive triple rollover, means that UK lottery players are in for a real treat in the coming few days, accumulating to over £40 million in lottery jackpots.
