Are You Sitting On £2.5 Million?

A UK Lotto jackpot winner has yet to claim their £2.5 million fortune some four weeks after their numbers came up on Wednesday 15 November. The unknown winner bought their ticket in the Tunbridge Wells area, and their winning numbers were 2, 3, 17, 22, 40 and 42.
All Lotto players have 180 days to claim their prizes. If no claim has been made by then, any winnings due are automatically transferred to the Good Cause fund, which has raised over £19 billion since the UK National Lottery was first launched in 1994. This means that the mystery winner with the Tunbridge Wells ticket has until 5:30pm on 14 May 2007 to come forward, or they will miss out on their £2,543,170.
"We're desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings," a National Lottery spokesperson said. "This life-changing prize could really help to make this Christmas one to remember. We're urging everyone to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing Lotto ticket could be hiding.
"Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa - someone out there could literally be sitting on a fortune! We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their win."
If you are a resident of Tunbridge Wells, or you were in the area and purchased a ticket there for the 15 November draw (remember, you may have bought a ticket to play for several draws at a time) you should check through your numbers as soon as you can. It could be that you're sitting on a £2.5 million lottery fortune and you just don't know it yet!
