Weekend Winner Picks Up £4.2 Million Prize in UK Lotto

Last Updated: Monday 28th July 2014, 12:51

Saturday’s UK Lotto draw saw one lucky player pick up a life-changing top prize of £4.2 million when they matched all six main numbers drawn. The mystery winner has not yet been identified but they can look forward to claiming the ninth largest UK Lotto prize seen so far this year.

The winning numbers from Saturday’s UK Lotto draw were 8, 14, 22, 26, 35 and 37 with the Bonus Ball 11. More than 260,000 players matched a winning combination in the main draw and an additional 50 players picked up £20,000 each when their unique Lotto Raffle code was drawn. A list of all 50 winning codes can be found here.

Following closely behind Saturday’s jackpot winner were three players who matched five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to win £111,812 each and 306 players who matched five main numbers to win £930 each. A further 14,020 players won £107 each when they matched four main numbers and 249,630 players won the set prize of £25 when they matched just three main numbers.

Players have been particularly successful in the UK Lotto of late and there has only been one draw this month which has not seen a top prize winner. With just one draw left in July, will we see a winner scoop the £2.1 million jackpot on Wednesday? Check the UK Lotto Results page shortly after Wednesday’s draw takes place to find out.

Follow the Lottery Tickets tab at the top of the page to purchase tickets for Wednesday’s game or, alternatively, you can visit your local retailer. Good luck!
