Last Updated: Thursday 5th December 2013, 13:19

LottoOne lucky Lotto ticket would have had a weekend to remember as the results from this Saturday’s draw show that a single Lotto ticket landed themselves with the £4.1 million jackpot. The Lotto jackpot came out at £4,136,552 and as there was only one ticket which matched all six of the numbers drawn then this ticket took home the entire jackpot. To add to the jackpot winner this draw saw just over 429,000 players win a prize, but were you one of them?

£3.91 Million

The Lotto results if you haven’t seen them already were 8, 34, 38, 42, 44, 46 and the Bonus Ball was 14. There were in total 455 players that was one number away from scooping the jackpot as all managed to match five of the numbers drawn to win £1,791. However, out of these 455 players there were 11 players that also matched the Bonus Ball to win the increased prize of £115,707. This is now the third time in a row that the Lotto jackpot has been won and it also brings the total jackpot wins in the Lotto for this month to five, which totals just over £18.2 million. There are just two Lotto draws left for this month so it will be interesting to see whether the winning streak will carry on, or if the jackpot in the mid-week draw this week, which is estimated at £2 million, will rollover.

If you fancy striking lucky before April 2013 ends then make sure you have your Lotto tickets ready – you never know, it could be you scooping the jackpot!
