Triple Rollover for the EuroMillions

Last Updated: Tuesday 1st May 2012, 16:08

EuroMillionsIn every EuroMillions draw all players want to hold the winning ticket that matches the five plus two number combination drawn, however the results from the last three EuroMillions draws show that no ticket holders have managed to match the numbers drawn. This means that it is now a triple rollover for the EuroMillions and the jackpot available to win in the next draw, which will take place on Friday, is estimated at £37/€45 million.

Therefore the question is, will any players match the numbers drawn on Friday night or will the jackpot remain elusive and rollover for the fourth time in a row?

A winning streak has developed in the EuroMillions as the past four jackpot wins in this pan-European lottery have all come from tickets which were bought in the UK. Two of these EuroMillions jackpot winners came forward to collect their desired winnings, however the other two UK EuroMillions jackpot winners decided to stay anonymous.

These UK EuroMillions jackpot wins now means that the UK is currently in fourth place on the list for the total amount of jackpot winners from each participating country. The UK has had 32 jackpot wins, which is 15% of the total number of jackpot wins and in front of the UK is Portugal with 42 wins, Spain with 48 wins and out in first place is France with an impressive 54 jackpot wins accounting for 24.8% of the total number of EuroMillions jackpot wins.

It will be interesting to see if any players on Friday will match the EuroMillions results and win the jackpot and if that is the case if the winning ticket will be another one from the UK.
