£123 Million EuroMillions Jackpot Up for Grabs This Friday

Last Updated: Thursday 7th February 2019, 11:57

EuroMillions players across the UK and all nine participating countries have a chance to win one of the biggest jackpots in the game’s history on Friday night. With an estimated jackpot worth £123 million, excitement is building ahead of the drawing of the winning numbers. Find out here how the top prize has got so big, and what you need to do to enter.

Superdraw Helped the Nine-Figure Windfall

The first EuroMillions Superdraw of the year was held on Friday 1st February, boosting the size of the jackpot to a guaranteed €120 million (£105 million). The jackpot rolled over in that draw, with four ticket holders matching five main numbers and one Lucky Star, but just missing out on the top prize after failing to land a second Lucky Star. The jackpot then rolled over on Tuesday 5th February, and is now worth an estimated £123 million ahead of this Friday’s draw, one of the biggest prize amounts since the lottery launched in February 2004.

The biggest EuroMillions jackpots won remain the €190 million top prizes, claimed three times after the jackpot cap was reached. The recipients were Adrian and Gillian Bayford, an anonymous Portuguese ticket holder, and an anonymous Spanish player. Tomorrow’s £123 million jackpot, worth roughly €141 million, remains some way off the €190 million jackpot cap, but it could be reached if the top prize continues to roll over.

The odds of winning tomorrow’s jackpot remain at 1 in 139 million although, given the prize money on offer, ticket sales are expected to increase as players dream of becoming overnight multi-millionaires. If the jackpot is sensationally won by a player, or players, in the UK, they would have 180 days from the date of the draw to come forward and claim their prize.

How to Enter Tomorrow’s Draw

You can enter this Friday’s draw as normal, by picking five main numbers and two Lucky Stars online or from any authorised ticket retailer in the UK. If you are playing at a lottery retailer, simply fill out your playslip or opt for a Lucky Dip selection to receive a random line of numbers. Alternatively, you can join an online syndicate from the convenience of your own home. You don’t have to travel to the shops to take part, and your numbers are safely and securely stored in your online account. You are automatically notified of any prizes you have won, and you can also check the winning numbers on our Results page shortly after the draw has taken place.

Visit our Lottery Tickets page for more information, where you just need to follow the on-site instructions to take part. Play today, and you could have an extra £123 million in your bank account following tomorrow’s historic EuroMillions draw. Prizes begin from matching just two main numbers, so there is plenty to play for. Best of luck to everyone taking part, and remember to let us know how you got on!
